Too much caffeine can also affect your sleep patterns so keeping your consumption of green tea limited to early in the day is a wise idea.

One of the benefits of green tea is in fact weight loss. Many people not only drink the tea either hot or cold but they also take it in the form of green tea supplement capsules. If you do go this route you need to be careful about how much you ingest as you don’t want to overdo it.
Antioxidants are proven to help prevent against some forms of cancer. Many believe that if you increase the amount of antioxidants in your diet you may reduce your risk of breast, lung and other forms of cancer.
