Great Tips For Menu Design E-mail
You have to do your best to keep your current customers and gain new ones if you are a restaurant owner. There is always stiff competition in the restaurant business. Do you know that you can earn more profit through your menu design? You can boost your sales from ten to twenty percent in one month if you can come up with a good menu design.

You should assess your customer base. Try to have an idea about what attracts them to your restaurant. You see, restaurant dining is very similar to theater and the menu design is an important aspect of the diners' experience. Take a critical look at your current design. The design may be outdated even if you feel comfortable with it. If your menu design has been the same for the last five years, then you should give it a face lift.

You have to monitor food trends and keep your menu “fresh”. Fatty foods are now out, and heart-healthy foods are in. Energy drinks like juice smoothies are popular and appealing in the current market. Consider making some changes to your menu that can bring new customers.

Remember that the visual impact of your menu design is important. Your menu’s cover should contain a logo or graphic that fits your theme. The cover should also contain the name of your restaurant, the address, hours and phone below. You should also include other important information such as delivery or catering services.

Place a picture of a menu item on the right side of a right-hand page to draw the eye of the customers. This can produce more sales for that item. You should also include pictures of your best and high profit dishes on the menu design. You can also use small insert sleeves to advertise your daily specials or soup of the day.

The sleeve will set the item apart and make it seem special. The fonts and colors of your menu should also match your restaurant’s style. Costumers will perceive value and have positive expectations even before their food arrives if you convey quality in your menu design.
