Experimentation Unleashes the Perfect Barbecue Sauce Recipe |

I enjoy cooking, but I do very little of the cooking in my house.
Barbecued meat is the one thing that I have always loved to cook, and I
insist on cooking it every time. I love to do anything that involves
placing a good cut of meat over high heat and open flames such as
barbecuing, grilling, roasting and smoking.
To be honest, I like this form of cooking because it is so easy to get
good results. I know that I can’t go wrong as long as I have the right
barbeque sauce. I never had to try a barbecue sauce recipe until
recently. This is because I usually purchase a locally made barbecue
sauce called Memphis Minnie's that was just simply spectacular.
Unfortunately, it went under just a few months ago.
I found that cooking with other locally available recipes was just not the same. I just could not get the same results. The people who had praised my cooking in the past were much less lavish with their praise. I was unable to find a barbecue sauce recipe that would duplicate the flavor of Memphis Minnie's.
I finally realized that I would have to invent my own barbecue sauce recipe. I had to learn all kinds of new things because I had no idea how to go about doing this. I have to say that preparing a barbecue sauce recipe can be quite difficult.
You have to strike a delicate balance between preserving the flavor, and creating something that is delicious immediately after it is cooked. I also found out that a good barbecue sauce has to be used within a week of being prepared or it will become stale.
Losing my favorite recipe for barbecue sauce turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I discovered that it is possible to make something that is much more delicious than anything you can buy in the store through my experiments with recipes.
You can make something that is spectacularly flavorful and much healthier than any commercially available barbecue sauce recipe as long as you use it up within the next couple days. I have decided to never buy barbecue sauce again because I am now capable of making something that tastes much better.
